About this site

First Aid Singapore provides information about workplace first aid, CPR and AED training options for Singapore companies, and a quote-request service for booking training. The actual training is delivered by our accredited training partner. Submitting a quote request through this site is not a confirmed booking until both parties have agreed on dates, scope and pricing in writing.

Content disclaimer

The information published on this site is intended as general guidance for HR teams and operations managers researching workplace training options in Singapore. It is not a substitute for specific legal, regulatory or medical advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date with the latest regulations. You should verify any compliance requirements relevant to your specific workplace with the appropriate Singapore authority.

Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. First aid training is intended to equip non-medical responders to act in the critical period before professional emergency services arrive. It is not a replacement for professional medical care. In any medical emergency in Singapore, call 995 immediately for emergency ambulance.

Quote requests and bookings

When you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to enquire on behalf of your organisation. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically one working day. A quote we send is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to availability.

A confirmed booking is created only after both parties have agreed terms in writing. Cancellation terms, payment terms and any specific conditions of a booking are set out in the booking confirmation document, not on this website.

Funding claims

Where we assist with SkillsFuture, ETSS, absentee payroll or other government funding claims, we do so on a best-effort basis. Final eligibility, approval and payment of any funding is determined by the relevant Singapore government agency, not by us. We are not responsible for funding outcomes that are outside our control.
