Private ambulance services, Singapore-wide.

Pre-booked standby cover for events, marathons, productions and worksites. Non-emergency patient transport for families and care providers. Operated under SCDF private ambulance licensing through our partner operator.

A private ambulance is the right answer when you need medical capability on the ground, in advance, for a situation where waiting on a 995 dispatch is the wrong plan. That covers a lot of ground in Singapore: events with thousands of people, marathons that need cover along the route, construction sites where injuries are foreseeable, film shoots with stunts in them, and families who need to bring an elderly parent home from the hospital with proper care rather than a taxi.

Important: when not to use us

If someone is in a life-threatening medical emergency right now, call 995. SCDF emergency ambulances are free, fast and the right answer for any 995-level situation. We exist for the situations that 995 is not designed to handle, not as a replacement for it.

What we cover

Event standby ambulance

Pre-positioned at your venue before doors open. Crew on stand for the duration of the event. Ready to respond inside the venue without waiting for SCDF dispatch from outside.

Marathon & sports cover

Race day cover with positioning along the course. Coordination with the race organiser, the start line, the medical tent and any shuttle vehicles.

Patient transport

Hospital discharge home, dialysis runs, clinic visits, inter-facility transfers. A trained crew, the right equipment, and a schedule that suits the family.

Construction site standby

Site safety cover for high-risk construction work, lifting operations, hot work and confined space entry. Reduces the response gap when minutes matter.

Film & TV production cover

On-set medical standby for productions, particularly those involving stunts, vehicle work, water work or any scene where the risk profile justifies medical readiness.

Corporate event medical

Company D&Ds, town halls, family days, product launches, conferences. Discreet cover that does not interrupt the event, and is right there if it needs to.

Why pre-book private cover instead of relying on 995

SCDF emergency ambulances are positioned to respond to the next 995 call from anywhere in Singapore. They are not pre-positioned at your event, your worksite or your venue. The median response time for life-threatening cases in built-up Singapore is around eight minutes from dispatch to arrival, which is fast by any international standard, but if your event is on Sentosa, in a deep basement carpark, or in the middle of a closed marathon route, those eight minutes can become twelve or fifteen.

For pre-planned situations, the right answer is to put trained medical capability on site before the event starts. That is what private standby is for.

How it works

  1. You request a quote. Tell us the date, location, headcount or event size, and what you need cover for. Two minutes.
  2. We come back within one working day. Real availability, real pricing, real lead times. No discovery calls, no chasing.
  3. You confirm. We lock the crew and vehicle and send confirmation with the pickup or arrival window.
  4. We arrive. The crew is on site before your event begins. They stay for the duration. They handle anything that needs handling.
  5. You get a clean handover at the end of the booking. If we used the vehicle, you get the report. If nothing happened, we go home and you have your event back.

Who books us

  • Event organisers and production teams running corporate D&Ds, conferences, sports days, family days, weddings, and any gathering big enough that something will eventually go wrong somewhere.
  • Race directors and sports event teams running marathons, triathlons, cycling events, and any event where the participants are physically pushed and the route is long.
  • Construction project managers running high-risk work where a foreseeable injury would cost more in delays than the cover does.
  • Film and TV production teams with stunts, vehicle work, water work or extended shoot days where having a paramedic on set is industry standard.
  • Families and care coordinators arranging hospital discharge, dialysis schedules, or inter-facility transfers for elderly or vulnerable patients.
  • Hotels, schools and venues hosting events that need medical cover as a contractual requirement.

FAQs

Private ambulance questions

Yes. Private ambulance services in Singapore are licensed by the Ministry of Health under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), the framework that replaced SCDF private ambulance licensing in January 2022. Operators are licensed as either Emergency Ambulance Services (EAS) or Medical Transport Services (MTS), vehicles must meet equipment standards, and crew must hold appropriate clinical qualifications. We work with our partner operator who holds the relevant MOH licence.
Call 995 for any life-threatening emergency. SCDF emergency ambulances are free, fast and the right answer for collapses, trauma, suspected stroke or heart attack, breathing difficulty, or any situation where seconds matter. Call us for non-emergency situations: planned hospital transfers, dialysis runs, discharge home, event standby, marathon cover, construction site cover, film shoots, and any situation where you need medical readiness without a 995-level emergency.
995 is the SCDF emergency line for life-threatening situations and serious medical emergencies. 1777 is the non-emergency ambulance line, also operated through SCDF, for transfers and non-urgent medical transport. Private operators including ours sit alongside the 1777 system, providing scheduled and standby cover that the public network is not designed to handle. See our Singapore ambulance numbers reference for the full picture.
It depends on what you need. A simple non-emergency transfer is priced differently from a half-day event standby with a paramedic on board. We do not display prices on the site because every booking is sized to the specific situation. Tell us what you need in the quote form and we will come back with a real number within one working day.
Lead time depends on availability. Pre-booked event standby is the right approach for anything you can plan ahead of time. For ad-hoc bookings we will tell you honestly whether we can cover the date when you submit the quote enquiry.
Both. The vehicle comes crewed. For events that need additional clinical capacity beyond the vehicle crew, we can place additional paramedics on site under our paramedic services line. Tell us the headcount and event type and we will scope the team correctly.
